How is my putter made?

Each putter starts as a bar of metal that is sanded down to the appropriate size/shape. Alignment markers, text, and custom designs are etched into the metal using a fiber laser. Because each putter is made by hand, every one is unique and there will be some variation in shape and size.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Each putter is handmade to order. We strive to ship within two weeks.

I have a special grip I like to play with

We use Golf Pride - Pro Only grips (See Golf Pride for grip details). If you have your own grip that you prefer, please make note of this in the customization of your putter and I'll ship your putter without a grip for you to easily install your own. At this time we are unable to stock and install other grips.

I want to further customize my putter than the options allow. Can you work with me?

Absolutely, since every putter is made to order, we can accommodate most requests, though there may be additional costs to account for labor and materials. Please reach out using the contact page.

Are there any restrictions on custom engravings?

Yes. We won’t engrave political designs, copyrighted material that you don’t have the rights to, or anything in poor taste. If you're unsure whether your design is acceptable, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to discuss it.

What type of files work best for my custom design? 

We can accept most file types. Best is an SVG, but .PNG, .AI, .PSD, and others can work as well. Black and white designs are best. If you have questions if your design will work, just ask via the contact page!

Will I get to review my customizations before my putter is made?

Yes! A final design document will be emailed to you for your approval before work commences.
